    • I think Ryles is taking last year's slow start into consideration.  Our first few rounds seemed like we lacked match fitness.

  • Gotta say that looks good, considering who's missing. Another winger to push Tago down and an improvement on Meni Luke and that's quite a well covered squad, even as is.

Wondering how the halves would change. We have 5 on the sheet: Pezet, Joash, Volkman, Talataina, Fletcher. Guessing Fletcher might play 9 for a bit?

    Footy's proper back tho. yay.

    • I recon Joash will move to fullback when the first change happens with Iongi wrapped in cotton wool.

No chance Fletcher plays 9. I recon Pezet and Fletcher play minimal minutes. Twiddle, Joash and Iongi to split the fullback minutes.

      • EA how old is Twiddle i watch a few lower grade games last year seemed to have a good future . Has he been training with the top boys . What's your opinion of him going further

        • Twiddle turns 22 this year. Can play fullback and even 5/8. So his future at the club is blocked. So he would have to go England or another NRL team for a crack IMO.

I would like to see him developed into a utlity player that can cover fullback, centre, 5/8 and lock.

          • Thanks for the info EA as you say looks his future here will be blocked hey

          • The new 19 man bench could make Twidle valuable.

            • Would be good food for thought hey

            • I agree but from my understanding he has only trained at fullback for the past 2 years so not sure if the club are considering to explore his utlity value.

          • Twiddle has more upside being able to play wing, FB and 5/8, so I'd have him on the wings in NSW Cup over Tago.

Do we still have one or two top 30 spots available? We may be forced to make a deal if we get a serious injury"

"He will surpise you with his ball playing with other forwards. As I just said a quick short ball at the line while looking to play out the back. He did it very well a few times in NSW Cup last yer,"
