  • Especially impressive for the Flegg side. They had six players promoted to ISP and were missing a couple through injury, even debuting two 17 year olds in the game. I spoke to Nathan Cayless and he said they weren't expecting the Flegg side to do what they did against the Dragons side.

  • I understand that there were 9 players out of the Flegg side and the dogs are one of the top sides. It was an outstanding result.
    • Dogs should read Dragons
  • We were at anz early for the Flegg game. It was fantastic and the Flegg boys were outstanding, very vocal bunch. Great game and really enjoyable to watch. We hope to see more of these games prior to the main events.

    • How'd Chicken legs French go in 1st grade Mandy?

Didnt notice him out there, must have missed him lol

Who would have called that hey.....

      • He scored the first Wenty try from a report of the match

  • 2 Haze DUNSTER - Good rookie unknown quality
5 Gregory LELEISIUAO - Was great in 20s but still learning his trade

7 Dylan BROWN - Top half prospect

20 Oregon KAUFUSI - Will.be in the NRL very soon - a gun

21 Salesi FAINGA'A - size and strength - another one who will step up

19 Raymond STONE - good prospect but lacks size imo

25 Stefano UTOIKAMANU - 18 yo Taumalolo look alike. Destroyed QLD in the recent aged Origin. Super Prospect and the one to watch .

How close do you think Oregon is to getting a start ? Be great development for him to get a few 10 minute stints at end of both halves towards end of year .

Never heard of the Stefano kid . Have to google him
      • I remember watching the try from Stefano in the Under 18s Origin and he carried 5 defenders with him before shrugging them off to score.

Ray Stone is shortish in a forwards sense these days at 180cm tall but he's solid at 95kg and likely getting bigger.

Oregon is highly regarded but I don't think we'll see him in the NRL this season unless they can push through a request at the NRL as he's not Top 30.

        • Super, I have noted that Stone has played a reasonable number of games in the 9 spot earlier in the year and last year, when there was injuries in the top squad.

I see Keon's price as irrelevant (within reason), because he is an absolute no brainer for the Eels.
