Let's say they've spent 4 million. They should have about 9 million left.
If they have 9mil left that's an average $400k per player. If they sign Cleary or Walker for $1.3 to $1.5mil that drops to $350k average for the remaining 21 players. They have spent a bomb and the fear for that team should be when they inevitably get injuries how they will field replacements because they will be players on minimum wage at that point.
An ok portion of their top 30 will be local players. They would be cheap too.
