  • You notice that we always had players in motion. Its all well and good to say we need to offload more. Which we do. But when we get that back and get some backs running deep we will again be unstoppable :)
    • It all starts with the forwards. If they start pounding into the opposition like they did at the end of 2009 the backs will start creating opportunities of broken play like they did back then. I haven't seen other teams playing footy that is nearly as entertaining as the Eels were at the end of 2009. Especially the Dragons who are boring and predictable.
  • I love every bit apart from the very end.
Perhaps "Don't bring on 2010" would be better.
    • The best part of that clip apart from the footy is Sterlo's delight as it unfolds.
  • Terrrific stuff. I feel better already.
  • 1st thing i notice is how DEEP we were set up from the play the ball, as apposed to now, we look really flat and seem to have no time. i guess it came from our forwards not going up as one out as the are currently doing, there doing well but we really need second phase play to get the defensive line thinking more and speeding up the play the ball. Man look what hayne and morts were doin when the defence was back pedalling. Good stuff.
  • thats one of the best eels video's i've seen. love it.
