Can someone explain what happened to Joash?

Hi All,I just wanted to hop on here to seek some clarification on the whole Joash Papaii situation. I bumped into him a couple of hours ago at a local cafe, and it looked to me as though he was in a meeting with a player agent/representative. Upon leaving, I could see he had been asked to take a couple of photos by a group of tradies, and he was very positive and even stuck around for a conversation with them. I’m obviously not saying this makes him an automatically good person, but he has NEVER shown signs of being a negative or difficult to deal with.I’ve heard several rumours as to why he’s essentially been isolated from the squad: Leaking to the media, negative attitude at training, asking for a release. However, I can not figure out which it is.I am not asking for someone to spill the story, I just want some sort of an insight as I am fairly fed up if the club is releasing someone of his character without knowing the reason.

Should have asked him directly. Might not have got an honest answer but still probably better than 80% of the scuttlebutt you'll get on here.

  Good advice Badger, further more Eels2025 there are some questions that should not be asked. You could put yourself in danger. Probably its too late, you could already be seen as Enemy of the state

Good clubs release players if they aren't performing on the field, are not committed to training, are offside with team mates or if they dont fit the culture and values the club expects players to uphold.

Regardless of the reason I would rather the club keep things like this in house and not air every detail from behind closed doors like the tigers which only raise more questions and speculation around the club.

Of course there will be rumours and people making up stories for clicks, but it isn't like we are letting a representative star leave. He is a bench player or back up at most clubs and has been moved on.

Not sure but I believe those idiots at talking parra may of been involved too but it's all rumours and such
