  • There is no doubt he is a phenomenon. Averages 64, which is second only to the Don. And the most unusual thing about him is the way he bats, which defies modern techniques.

Here is an interesting bit of trivia for you. He has now scored 6 ashes hundreds in England. No England player has ever scored that many in England.

  • When you take out the first dozen or so tests when he was actually selected as a bowler his average is in the 80 plus area.

  • Who is he?

  • He's definately special. Teams just can't find a way to get him out.

His technique is not in the cricketing books. Neither was Bradman's though.

  • Watched his whole innings last night/early this morning and his technique and mental fortitude is right outside of the ordinary. Nothing flamboyant about him, just goes on with his business and rarely faiis.

He came into this season having miseed the first 7 months due to suspension and in a few months became the number 1 scoring batsman in the world of test cricket.

FMD, a 7 months handicap given to all test cricketers and he is now starting to blow them all out of the water, and all this after being terribly knocked out in the 2nd test and not playing in the 3rd test.

FMD. Just wow, wow, wow, wowwwwwwwwww.

  • Exactly Snake. I think Smith is the best batsman we've had since Bradman. Bats outside the box. So skilled, yet eccentric and unothodox.

Didn't expect it when I first saw him play. Looked awkward at first.

I must admit I was a huge fan of the Great West Indian top 3. Greenidge, Hayne, and Viv.

Viv Richards is one of my all time favourite batsman. He was the gum-chewing King Of The Jungle. Never even wore a helmet. Oozed confidence, skill and domination.

  • No idea who he is , but if he wears New Balance he better stay the fuck away from my kids .

  • Weak lilly livered piece of SHIT! and now we call him a hero.

No wonder this country is fuct.

There for his own glory and pay packet.

Bit like the NRL putting the wife bashers up as the game's heroes.
