UNBELIEVABLY PAINFUL INJURIES!

Over the past 3 and a half weeks I have been recovering from the most painful injury I have ever had. My past injury list has things like... ACL (resulting in a knee reconstruction). Several weeks in hospital after being hit by a car. A broken leg, straight through the growth plate and splitting the Femur. I could list many more also. I have no doubt at all that my current injury has caused me far more pain than anything I have felt before. I fractured a rib and tore my intercostal muscle. Your intercostal musscle is between your ribs. The pain is extremely intense if you cough, sneeze, laugh or even breathe deeply. The way I did the injury is also unbelievable. All this damage and pain was the result of a sneeze.

I am still on extremely strong pain medication. My doctor and specialist have told me that the recovery time for my injury is about 6 weeks.

  • Whatever you do Slippery, keep the pepper under lock and key for the next 6 weeks.

  • Watch this Slippery. It will cheer you up, especially the interviews right at the end.

    Two important points:

    1. Every Parra player should watch this before they play Souths and listen to the interviews at the end
    2. Any Vegan googling Butterbean and Cabbage is going to be surprised
