"yes iamnot I do know that, what I stated is the 1's that leave to go to R360 he can deregister them and doesn't need to register them again, sorry if I didn't explan myself but he must stand firm with all not just some and allow those that bring in…"

"Yes - you are correct. It's at the whim of the NRL, and those clubs would be lobbying hard if any real big name wants to return after going to R360. "

"The wording he used left a loophole ready to be used if they want to return to the Roosters, Souths or Broncos. Something along the lines of look at each case on its merits"

"You're right, they can legally go wherever they want. But if that choice fails, the NRL are under no obligation to accept them back, i.e.: effectively banning them from returning. "

"I think he meant he'd ban them if they broke their contract to go to the unsanctioned comp. If they are out of contract then they can legally go wherever they want.
Knowing Pete the Greek he'd still ban them but why ban them if they do the right…"

Longfin Eel replied to Hell On Eels's discussion The Jonah Pezet Deal: An Optical Illusion?
"Agreed Super, and the Reserve grade team needs to be the the place to generate NRL ready players. Too often in the past this team has been filled with older players in poor form. They don't offer much for the development of younger players. R&R just…"

"One thing I want to mention and highlight, is that Ryles and other members of the club have mentioned on multiple occasions the use of bridging players.
De Belin is one example, now Pezet is another. They're both seen has filling a specific role for…"

"shane, he can't ban players who are still contracted to the NRL. That won't fly and any challenge in court by a player will win. BUT, they can ban players after they have left the NRL.
The interesting part is the player managers... "

"I just read that Ryles has just come back from a fact finding trip to the UK, with Sarantinos, MON and the new Chairman looking at the setups of a few EPL clubs and high end rugby clubs over there. Not having a dig at Arthur, this is a genuine…"

"Totally agree iamnot but he said a 10 yr ban and whether their high profile or not he has to do it no matter what or he will look like a real dill and have law suits against him if he alows certain 1's back and not others."

Hell On Eels replied to Eelawarra's discussion RYLES REVEALS WHY HE SIGNED PEZET FOR ONE YEAR
"Everything is temporary in life, be that Pezet or our lives, and most things are uncontrollable. That's not an excuse to keep trying, fighting, improving, doing our best and being better: the only things we can control."

"Yeah good article HOE, good read and agree with Cap to a degree. Yes Ryles has changed our dynamics, but all he has done is put the storms structures in that he learnt off Ballemy with a touch of attack that he learnt off Robson (roosters coach)…"

"Of course the NRL can ban them. They, like any employer, can pick and choose who they want to hire. Whether the NRL will choose to ban high profile players, who bring revenue in, is the question. Every player who is thinking of going to R360 needs…"
