Well we have been having a few dilemma's around here lately and I am getting confused, from what I can tell we have a lot of problems telling our left from our right. We don't have this problem at home because my wife is always right and I am constantly being left out. They tell me I am getting old and stupid!

A man named David call him Poppa, because thats who everyone knows him as maybe suffering from some cognitive issues, he  invited two of his friends over—both of whom were also battling memory problems. Their names were Sir Col and Slugg.....

They entered the house, exchanged warm greetings, and laughter soon filled the room. Poppa said, “Let me make you some tea,” and off he went to prepare it. They drank the tea happily.

A short while later, Poppa asked, “Shall I make you some tea?”

The old blokes replied, “Yes, please do,” and once again, Poppa brought them tea.

As the conversation flowed, Poppa suddenly exclaimed, “Good heavens! We've been talking for an hour and I completely forgot to make you some tea!” So, for the third time, he went and brought more tea, and they drank it without complaint.

At the end of the evening, the two friends stepped out of the house. One said to the other, “Can you believe we spent the whole evening at Poppa's and he didn’t serve us a single cup of tea?”

The other replied, “Poppa? Wait—did we even visit Poppa today?”

At that very moment, Poppa peeked out from his window and called out, “Shame on you both—walking past my house and not even stopping in for a cup of tea?”

So the two friends turned around… and went back inside—to have some tea!

The moral of this story is that Poppa will be around till Parra wins the premiership, so when ever you see him make sure you remind him to make a pot of tea. You might not see Sir Col and Slugg but they said their coming for tea as soon as we win.

PS There are 4 people in that group, I forgot who the other one is? I think I am the one with glasses, but can't be sure. I do hate tie's though!

"A grade two charge would ordinarily have seen Ponga banned for two games in the NRL, but a change to the judicial code in rep games means the superstar fullback only has to pay 23 per cent of his match fee with an early guilty plea.

"And yet he didn't talk to Matty for months for doing that same thing. All Matty did was praise QLD and their team and Matty refused to talk to him for a long time time.

"Yeah no one really gets bans from origin now. Suaalii's was a special case cos it was deemed reckless since he launched himself and left the ground."

Podcast Debate: Have Your Say

Some fans want major changes and sackings at the club. Some want minor changes. Others think the club needs stability and patience. And some,  like me, are strongly against calls to sack people like Jim Sarantinos and want to leave club decisions to…
