"I don't think so. Sivo has peaked in my opinion. JAC has a lot of skills and will do well outside Storm. He is not just speed. But I grew 1mil is too much of a gamble."

Electric Eel replied to Electric Eel's discussion Cameron Smith the untouchable!
"Yep, the inconsistencies. The funniest bit is the double whammy here.  Smith questioning the ref allegedly squaring up the ledger and making a game of it, after the storm received all of the momentum and pretty much every favourable decision in the…"

"Yes it is irrelevent. Awards are by definition a reward for excellence in a persons chosen profession, in the case of a Rugby League player, actually playing Rugby League.
They are not given for any other reason.

"Smith wasn't exactly wrong though. It certainly looked like every decision that could go penrith's way was going their way and to the greatest possible extent. The same ref didn't send off the Souths hooker for that ruck infringement but decided to…"

Brett Allen replied to Electric Eel's discussion Cameron Smith the untouchable!
"It doesn't.
All the rulebook says these are the rules, you break em this is the penalty incurred. The rulebook is amoral, it has no moral value attached to it.
If you don't want to cop the penalty, don't break the rule.

"I won't repeat the names that have got a fair run on here already but James Maloney and Josh Reynolds deserve a mention,  as does Mick Crocker, Anthony Watmough and Steve Matai.
Chris Sandow, Todd Carney and  Cody Walker would make the cut too."
