Just read in the Daily Mail that one symptom of long covid is "shrinking penis size" - this is the best evidence yet that this is a Chinese designed bio weapon against the West. I know misery loves company but this is below the belt. 

"They say each long Covid patient suffers an average 56 different symptoms over the course of their recovery - including bizarre ailments such as noting their penis shrink in size and irregular period."

      It's just the cold wether and Turtling.

      Can't comment on the other matter but my back is a lot better after changing my stools.

        Changing your stools regularly is always recommended at your age, Poppa . A full colostomy bag can be dangerous .
