  • Yeah, I had a bit of a funny year income wise, so this refund is extremely welcome. I got more than the tax cut, quite a bit more actually. Best return I've had in a decade.

  • I had to pay additional tax last year so any sort of return this year will be a blessing.

    • Remember to take away any bits of ftb changes that he took won’t you 

      • Thanks Carlo, got my tax done on Thursday and I'm sure the accountant would have looked after that (she's pretty good) but to be honest I was fairly underwhelmed. ATO cracking down on heaps of stuff (if you're a tradie and claiming travel you have to provide car rego etc.) plus can't claim travel to your investment property any more.

  • We turned ours into a French Bulldog after we chucked in a bit of coin  . Bout time the working people got to waste a few bucks .
