  • Hang in there Shawn - I can assure you it could be a lot worse and I am not taking the piss mate.

    • Thanks I am sure it can be worse. I made it through a heart attack. Lost 38kg and doing great personally.

      •  S McCabe : I have had heart problems this year also. My advice is don`t watch the Eels live on TV. That will get you free of any stress. If they win, watch it on replay. It is still enjoyable. I have broken my own rule tonight. I watched the first half but I am not watching the second half---I feel the Eels play better when I am not watching them??!! If they lose I don`t watch the replay.

        • Cooke should of been sent off when you watch it. But he won it for them what a cheat.

  • Hope the Eels win it for yourself, and all the pain ridden Eels supporters out there

    • We need it.

  • And to finish it off. Cooke with a blatant foul does not get ten in the bin. And he wins the game after that. Fuck 2020.

  • Shawn, if you need to vent to stay on top of things then you go for it, the mob on here are a pretty decent lot and will give you support where they can.

Shame our Bush Coach let you down tho. lol

  • Sorry to hear Shawn. My condolences go out you and your family.

"How does that show he is the replacement? He was signed to this before 25'. What do you mean auto dev deal? He signed a two year deal, in that deal you need to stipulate what criteria they on.

"I agree with everything you've said but the end result, I think all that shows me that he has been chosen as the replacement. Tago wouldn't get an auto dev, he is not in demand and we would just negotiate a new deal if he went well. "

"Well i do not see Tago really in their plans based on him being available for most of 2025 and only got one game and never got in the 22 again.
Zac Cini had the same thing, he signed a dev deal for 2022 with top 30 for 2023. We signed Tago for 2…"

"If he is top 30, then it is a deal already in place when he signed last year. This would not be a reaction to Lomax leaving.
Similar to like Latu and Funa-Iuta, who are on development for 2026 and top 30 2027."
