When I was a pup, my father told me “If you’re going to have a bear, have a grizzly’
His wisdom had the most impact on what I eat, I’ve always been a healthy eater as rule but like most, life is not worth living without indulging in the delights that aren’t on the healthy list.
Sugar free drinks- Never, If I’m going to enjoy soft drink, which is usually in a bourbon, it must be the real deal.
Low fat milk, cheese, yogurt, and anything that claims to be low fat, not interested, I’d rather eat less of the real deal and none of the tasteless, artificially modified versions.
Low salt, again, I’m not remotely interested in a food that needs the right amount of salt for good taste only to be bland for the sake of minimal health benefits. I’d rather eat less full salt food and none of the tasteless salt reduced crap.
Mid strength alcohol, my all-time hate, what’s the point, what is worse than being bloated by mid-strength beer with a buzz your grandmother would attribute to her blue pills.

Well said enjoy life in moderation
Well Joe,
You might like to know that there a few people on here that are part of the Grizzily Club, hence the book attached.
Now I won't recommed it but Kram, Alan Hunt and Snake have been known to go there.
Lol Poppa, I didn’t put thought into the title, now that I have, I must delete the topic.
I think everything in moderation no matter what you are doing.
That goes for hobbies, relaxation and exercise. Too much of anything is not good for you but Gees it's tough to limit something that you love. Self control is something that I lack at times but I'm getting better...
