My wife has had trouble sleeping for a long time. She did use sleeping tablet s from Time to time.
A therapist told her to try a non addictive treatment which works very well. She says she hasn,t slept so well now since she was a kid.
Grind fresh nutmeg. Use one quarter of a teaspoon of the nutmeg powder into 40mil of warm milk an hour or so before going to sleep. Do it every night for up to a month and see how it works
She doesn't have a need for sleeping pills anymore

Eliminate any caffeine,especially coffee or alcohol from 12 pm onwards also avoid long afternoon siestas.Another great tip is indulging in amorous workouts prior to sleep.This is a guarantee for at least 6 straight hours of blissful sleep.😀
I usually roll over and put a nut up the Mrs when I cant sleep. Either that or I toss and turn and make that much of a ruckus I wake the rest of the household up too so they can experience my frustrations with me.
