I hope all our QLD and North Coast members are doing ok , Looks like the East Coast is far from out of the wars yet , let's hope nobody from here has copped it too badly. I know we have a few around Lismore and Northern Rivers area in NSW .

what a wild weekend - never seen that intense level of rain for that long - think monsoon intense rain for 4-5 days with just intermittent breaks. And just when you thought it was gone, down it came again.
places like gympie reportedly had 450mm dumped in an hour on friday....
It's nutso, are you a QLDer , Rock ?
i am a hawkesbury/blacktown boy but have been living in brisbane since 2007 - would never say i am a qld'er lol
over 800mm since friday
FMD, wasn't that long ago we were copping fines for watering our lawn. 800mm is a fucking shitload. If they cop that round Northern Rivers on the high tide it's not going to be pretty.
Grafton will go under, you only have to spit in the Clarence and its time to get out the sand bags.
Yeah unfortunately the mighty Clarence eats levees for breakfast. On a positive I was talking to Grunta earlier and he sent me a photo of his place .
Glad you've got the beer mate 😂. I've heard eating the labels off the stubbies have kept kids alive for at least 5 days. Get them peeling them off for you Grunts and I reckon you'll get 2 or 3 days eating minimum being a grown man. Glad you're good bro.
That's just his normal, he hasn't had any rain yet !!!!
Accept my freind request Grunta ya Wally , it's been sitting there half of my adult life . Or do I need to take a hint ?
Da Rock hope you're ok Da Rock. I was in the Hawkesbury for about 16 years, and loved it. Was on the North Richmond side. Think it was 2011 when the bridge was closed for a day or two...thing it coincided with Brisbane / Nth Wild torrential rains. Warragamba was opened and the bridge went under. It was an eerie feeling for a day or two but we were v lucky.
