Danger money now being accepted.

With Scomo insisting schools stay open, I'm now taking donations of danger money having to be locked into a confined space with these school students.

  • I'd drop some cash into your account magpie, but I'd rather give it to nurses or doctors being exposed everyday, or maybe the centrelink workers being inundated with now unemployed people.

    • Exactly Meek , Magpie is just a  typical whinging teacher .

Magpie has shown what a shamless low class dope he is  , we no doubt have people on this site who have lost their jobs and who are struggling without a income and this jerk want's a donation because he is still had a job to go to .

  • Stay safe Maggie, schools should be closed asap, not like the students will miss much :)

    • Well said Mack and stay safe champ .

  • Jesus wept. Do teachers ever NOT whinge about their jobs?

News flash: Unless you're working outside there's a pretty fuckin' good chance you're working in a confined space with other human beings. Most people are just getting on with it and making the best of a terrible situation.

Maybe teachers should just be greatful they still have employment - there are plenty of very scared punters out there who would swap places with them in a heartbeat.

    • I've got 300 people at my work , there's no social distancing going on there.some people's homes are separated by over 200kms that work there.

blokes come in everyday withy runny noses and sore throats but with the threat of lockdown basically keep it to themselves. I don't blame them you need to provide for your family.

its only a matter of time under these conditions that a large portion of us here contract the virus and take it home to our families. We took our kids out of school two weeks ago , my wife has them at home so if we get the virus it'll be because of me.Thats a sobering thought.

    • I'd like the record to reflect ( to be used against me at a later date when I do whinge:) ) that I like my job, I'm remunerated fairly for my work, and I get great hours and holidays!

There ya go, now you can have a crack at me for being a smug bastard, instead of a whinger.

      Stay safe.

      • This blog was a very bad, extremely dumb error of judgement mate. You don't put shit like that up in light of people queueing up outside Centrelink - people that would normally be at work right now. I can't understand how you would think that is kosher at the moment.

You whacked a smiley simbol in your response to me - you should have done that with your original post, or a wink or something if you were just mucking around.

Sorry if I sound like I'm preaching but, Christ, if someone doesn't get that this blog is going to draw heat there's something amiss with their thought process or grip on reality.

        • Yer I know mate, I've already apologised twice in the blog. Perhaps super could close it?

          We all have brainfarts occasionally.

"Sooooooo you would have Munster at Fullback before Fa'alogo?
Nobody is saying Fa'alogo is better than Munster overall, just he is better suited to playing Fullback long term.

"How in any discussion is Fa'alogo in the same class discussion as Munster.
I mean seriously Munster's done everything in the game Sua while recency bias tells you he has talent he isn't in the same area code as Munster position regardless."

"Surely Fa'alogo to Fullback if this is the case. Munster isn't as a good a fullback as Fa'alogo. Pezet isn't as good a 5/8 as Munster. Melbourne don't seem the type of team to weaken two positions to fill one spot.

"Also Sua almost as talented as Pezet if not more. This would be so fucking silly. They'll lose Munster (2027), then Sua, so I can't see them doing this at all. "

"I am so fascinated what they do there. Do they go in house, legend or start a fresh.
Slater being mentioned, as has been Smith. I don't think they take it. Bretnall, Lowrie, Hinchcliffe are the assistants, neither held a HC post before in NRL, only…"

Pezet most likely staying at the Storm

Michael Chammas mentioned this morning that Papenhuyzen has played his last game for the Storm and that they want to play Pezet at 5/8, shifting Munster to fullback.I don't see Pezet leaving if there is a 5/8 spot open at the Storm, opposed to the…
