Cyclone Alfred

Not Eels related, but as a Gold Coast resident, I am now buckled up and locked down for three or four days of what should be one hell of a ride.  To all the members here on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Northern NSW, stay safe. Praying the inevitable damage given the forecast is minimal. Stay safe and well, everyone. No doubt many will not be on here for some time with expected power outages. Stay strong everyone impacted,  by this one in a 50 year event. Batton down the hatches, INCOMING!

Slippery. replied to Mallee57's discussion Will Moses be in Origin 2 & Should He?

It's hard to be critical of a player like Moses playing in a team like the Eels. Opposition's defensive game plans would be so heavily focussed on stopping Moses his attacking game has struggled. In other words,  if you stop Moses, you stop…"

Slippery. replied to Mallee57's discussion Will Moses be in Origin 2 & Should He?

I can't see many other options for Moses on $1,300,000 per season. I would also guess he is on a ratchet clause meaning his $1,300,000 could become $1,500,000 when the new broadcast deal is done. The $30,000 per game for Origin is actually less…"

Hoe,  have you had a look at the dragons lately.  Its not all panic buying. They're doing much better than Parramatta in development. Most of their pack are young guns…"

SULI - NO THANKS

3 runs, 4 tackles and one bad miss that led to a try in Dragons v Sharks game today. Cumbersome at best. Centres need speed and he doesn't have it. Hoping that the rumours about him signing are wrong.
