Covid question

Can't find Jack shit online amongst the mumbo jumbo of NSW health advice so I thought I'd ask tne brains trust.  We have one child who's been through COVID last week and now is testing negative. However the other kid only tested positive for the first time yesterday .

Child #1 who's just finished the China flu, has no symptoms and has tested negative wants to go to school. , can she ?  I just don't want to set off another reason for teachers to strike in fear for their lives .

I read this as household contacts need to isolate

Information for people exposed to COVID-19
If you have been exposed to COVID-19, use this advice to understand your risk and what you can do to protect yourself, your family and your community.
    • It doesn't cover our scenario though. She's just had it and has done her 7+ days and is now testing negative.  Fuck it , I'll let her go.  We have enough teachers on here I just thought one may be able to give me the answer that doesn't seem to be online.

      • Where is the queen ? CarloEEL2  hello?

I can just see the shock horror headlines now: South Coast school shut down and undergoing an expensive deep clean after irresponsible Eels supporting father allows daughter to attend school whilst her sibling is covid positive.
When ACA stick a camera in your face, please wear your Eels jumper.

        • My kids school had 173 cases a few weeks back and we kept our kids home for 2 weeks so they wouldn't get it and fuck our holiday we were due to go on. Now the kids have had it , the little fuckers can go to school. If not ACA will be knocking on my door anyway after I strangle the lil bastards .

          • Wiz after 7 days first iso the neg child can go

my second boy was last to get it and attended even though we were at home ( stupid as he finally succumbed )

you only need to do one 7 day iso in 21 days

if child is negative they can go

            • Thanks Carlo. She's the first cab off the rank. Then the wifey on Tuesday , then me and the boy next Sunday ( which is fucked as I was supposed to fly to the Goldy for next weeks game ) grrr .

              • I hope none of you end up as fatigued as me

I'm at dr tomoz to ask wtf 🤷‍♀️

                • I treated the mrs to a knee trembler this morning and found myself very much out of breath afterwards .  Moving forward I think I'll have to cap her at 4 orgasms for my own well being , just until I'm back to full health.

                  • LOL! Mate, if you're out of breath after 3 to 5 seconds of strenuous activity you've got a pretty bad dose. Probably best to curtail all sexual activity for 7 days, including batting.

                    • Let's not get carried away.  If I can't have a batt I may as well hand my car keys in.  I've got no use for the car if I'm not driving to my usual favourite locations to tear the head of it.  And I'll be too tired to walk to the gynaecologists carpark it's 10 mins drive away.

"So Parra have decided Apa Twidle doesn't show enough promise to be retained.
Most of the members here either agree with that assessment or are willing to go along;
I do not agree.
Most see him as a fullback only, as third in line for the position…"

How would you have pitched it to him to stay Mutt? Genuinely, how would you sell Apa on staying if you were Football Manager?"

"Agree, I've already said my piece in a earlier blog, this kid showed his class already, we are all hoping these other 'super talents' that haven't played first grade as yet do similar. "

"We can't keep everyone. Even if they blow up, we can't keep everyone.
We got Iongi and Hopgood from Penrith. Penrith at their pinnacle. They still let guys of that quality go.
We have plenty of outside backs and halves coming through. Even Papalii…"

I agree btw. This is alright and good for all parties. We have heaps of interesting backs coming through (Davis, Bamblett, Seuseu, Bloomfield, Martin) that can all play fullback. Pretty…"

I think he could have done a job for us on the wing or centre since Rusty is leaving."

"Well how do we know MON was the main reason for him going? If Ryles really wanted to keep Twidle he would have said to MON to keep him. Therefore a proper deal could have been done earlier.

"I trust your judgement EA.
I just meant that body maturity of Joash is from 2 to 3 solid years of Cup fixtures getting belted around where Apa lacks that amount of exposure thus far."

"Lots of Renzo miss tackles is similar to Volkman last week. He rushed out the line and makes strong contact to slow the attacker down whilst his teammates then come to make the tackle."

"Nah he is worth more than 80k. He is better than a development contract. He deserves a top 30 contract to be the back up fullback at a club. I do not think he is a starter in any position for any club."

"Renzo is 20 but yea I would take Renzo defence over Twiddle. Renzo actually puts his body in front of players. In SG Ball & JF I have seen Renzo absolutely fold forwards in half with a big hit. Not yet seen it in NSW Cup though."

"Renzo is 18, Twidle is 22. Which one is going to grow more? Renzo is a more than 80% tackle effectiveness so far in his NSW Cup career. It's actually the same as Mitch's career tackle effectiveness. "

Apa Twidle signs with the Bears

Rising Apa Twidle will leave the Parramatta Eels at the end of 2026 after agreeing to a three-year deal with the new Perth Bears (joining in 2027).  The deal is in a cooling-off period, but he’s expected to go ahead with it because the offer is…
