Cameron Ciraldo rejects Wests Tigers

Well they cannot catch a break can they, he toured the facilities, was offered a 5 year deal which rare at the same stupid from the club as it gave Ciraldo security. Still he said no. Well all knew the chances of him rejecting them was massive and slim to him actually going to Concord. Ivan Cleary obviously talked him out of it, with some inkling that he maybe the new head coach of Penrith in next few year. Talk is Ivan's health is not that great and he is looking to move into a 'Sheens' like role in the next year or two. Ciraldo will happily wait for an offer that suits him and Penrith he would take quick than the board can say 'Cam".

Though i do believe if say Melbourne, Roosters, Souths or even us came calling for example he would actually consider it. Where is with Wests there was some consideration but heavy doubt. If one of the big clubs called i think doubt would be small. Hell i even think if a club came calling that he was keen on, Ivan would move into a role and the board would push for it also to keep Ciraldo.

Anyway, just some NRL news to start your morning. Who will be coaching Wests in 2023? Warriors even? Canterbury? I think GC and Newcastle will be looking for new coaches also.

  • It will probably end up Farrah.  To be honest , I don't care and suck shit to Ice for going there . Hope he enjoys his extra couple grand a week.

    • His Mrs will thats all that matters nowadays.

  • Interesting on Sunday Footy Ch9 they brought up hypothetical of BA to Tigers as a development coach and Ciraldo wanting Eels job. All 3 reporters did not expunge the thought that Ciraldo wanting Eels

    • Tigers who has the big bods to chase the collision would be great for BA. It's skills and individual brilliance that they lack.

    • I'll drink to that

  • They suggested last week on 360 that he will hold out for a team that isn't at the bottom of the ladder. I wonder who that might be?

  • Wests tigers need to move Campbelltown full time

as for coach I think BA will suit them , they be happy of getting to the finals & dropping out after week one
