Ref's on the take? Penrith dominated Storm and deserved to win. Storm did well to keep it so close.

I don't think he scored LB. He certainly didn't act like he scored and so didn't his team mates.
Upon the replays of seeing it recently, theres a white patch that is hard to determine what it is, benefit of the doubt leads to no try. Fair enough in that case.
