Unless the Foran contract was done intentionally(for some unknown sneaky reason to get foran to sign) which I highly doubt it was then the current parasites on the board have to go starting at the top. Its such a bad contract for us that the NRL for our own sakes won't allow it to go through. By the way on the official parra site it still shows Seward as the CEO. Additionally i'd like to know more about each member on the board and how long they have served for like some of the clubs websites. On the 7th day Sterlo was created. Sterlo please save us.

If you are a mature executive you do not sack your CEO until
1. You have found a replacement
2. You have Foran secured
If they had of offered SS a one year contract as CEO and spent that year looking for a replacement and sacked him after Foran was in, I doubt this would have happened.
Any executive worth his salt does not fire someone just because they did something wrong or pissed the board off. You sack the CEO only when you have a better option and you have all your bases covered so sacking him is not going to stuff your organisation. Bear a grudge but do not act on it until the time is right.
Starting to think these guys are amateurs - no wonder SS kept them in th edark
