I warned against re-signing him last year, his place in the 30 is totally wasted, he is without a doubt the most unfit player on the park, so unfit that Guth has resorted to pushing him into his correct defence position, plus poor handling, its a joke to have him in the 30 when there are plenty of young blokes we could have given a go to.

The best the Eels have looked all year and David Gower out there. Went to off load and nobody there backing him up. Who else dies that in side? Read the defence and stopped a certain try. Would be lacking match fitness as well. Jealousy and haters got to hate. He is not the problem. Even Field hasnt played this year and you expect him to play like Keary or Cleary.

He was rusty, once he got his feet he was our best bench forward out there. Guys like Kaufusi & Stone would learn heaps from him. Just the way he prepares himself and gets himself ready would make him a bargain at twice the cost.
As old and unfit as he might be. On his day he's still good value. I reckon Ferguson has been very poor all year. Gower is a back up player and nothing more but he's better than some.
