Nathan Brown gets 2 weeks for ACCIDENTAL contact with the knees.
Cleary get 2 week for braking the law then lying to the judiciary.
Addo-Carr only had 2 warnings before finally fined but thats ok - Miss no games
It's a case of don't just injure, make sure you kill, the penalty is the same.

Agreed Jim this is the continuation of the NRL; no consistency at all. What i fail to understand is Addo Carr and Mitchell - they flouted the rules and more so Addo-Carr. Cleary was stupid in his house but these guys ventured out and about and got off. Some rules for some and not others. If they (Cleary / May) have been untruthful in anyway then they should have received hefty punishments.
Cleary/May have been suspended for lying to the integrity unit.
I think this is a reasonable punishment for Cleary and May, but it doesn't add up when you compare it to what Mitchell and Addo-Carr got. I suspect the NRL heard the public feedback after the original punishments handed out and realised they needed to be more harsh.
