  I apologised the other day too when i tried to run one over my wife quickly chimed in and said its all good i got him with the door.

  No one has to apologise for being white, they don't actually have to make any announcement. The most controversial part of the policy is that it acknowledges 'white priveledge' but it doesn't require individual nurses to announce and/or apologise their being white. Still, it's a stupid reference in the policy and should be removed.

  Even King Authur has learned that i was right about the racism derected at whites is much worse than anyone else.
