I guess the title says it all. What would be the win -loss ratio of players in the first grade team at Parra. To my way of thinking a player with a high win ratio would be a tactician and thinker on the field and play to win. Essentially not like losing. We don't have much of the tactician in the team. I think that what is happening at Parra at the moment is that the players are living off the coaches reputation. We need a big bon fire at Parra this year and get rid of all the dead wood.
