Willis Meehan to be cleared by NRL next week to play for eels

THE NRL is set to clear former Sydney Roosters bad boy Willis Meehan to play for Parramatta next week.A superb all round athlete and junior boxing champion, Meehan has been desperate to kick-start his league career after being sacked by the Roosters following an assault charge in 2015.Last week I wrote that Meehan had agreed to terms with the Eels but the stumbling block was getting cleared by the NRL Integrity Unit.

    was he allowed to play for Wenty or just train with the squad???
    Once he has a full pre-season under his belt he could become the most destructive forward in the game under BA.
    Lets hope he keeps his mind on the job and rips in. He could be anything.

      The original announcement allowed for him to train with the eels but only play for Wenty in the ISP comp. Don't see anything different as that is the same article that was published with the original article, If there was an newer date to it, then it would be news and worthy.

    Is there any links to videos of him playing. Never seen this kid play at all. But all the written material suggests he is a beast.
