Willis Meehan- The Questions

Meehan is looking more than likely to join Parramatta immediately.

1) Will he move right into the team?

We need the size in our pack and if Google is right he is 145kg. Thats one monster of a bloke and could solve our size issue

2) Is he actually 145kg?

3) How much are we signing him for?

Does anyone know or have any ideas?

  • 1) No, he will not start straight away. He'll play for Wenty. He might not even play NSW Cup, given he's currently playing for the Auburn Warriors in either ROn Massey or Shield.

    2) He was but he's lost weight since. Around the 125-130 mark now.

    3) It'd be 2nd tier.

    • Tim grant! Noooo
    • Could be a masterstroke! The kid has huge potential. Will spend this year in wenty, with a full pre season with BA could be a good replacement for Mannah.
  • Zero Tackle has him at 115kgs so who knows.
A lot will depend on his attitude.BA changed Nathan Brown from a thug to a class act so anything is possible.
Wouldn't be much as its a 3rd chance.

  • You'd have more luck in looking the guy up on Facebook and asking these questions directly than anyone here really knowing anything more than he'll most likely play lower grades first .

Anything more then that mate , the guys on this site are guessing as much as yourself .

  • Why does the other blog say that the NRL has blocked Meehan joining the NRL! So which blog is correct? This one or the other ?
  • Well at least the club and BA are smart enough to realise where we're lacking and are looking to fix it. I hope they get him and hopefully bring the best out of him.

And then we can add Peats and things are looking up.

    • BA knows whats wrong with the team. Big men, they bring in Evans and possibly Meehan. Hooker, after Peats. Half, go after  Moses. We'll probably also go after a winger
