Will Parra be able to sue certain people for defamination.??

I just want to see if anyone knows because people in fhe media are stating some truth but also alot of false and damaging claims like Foran and his Manager looking at suing parra and using this in there headline but in the same artical it is written the 2 have not explored this option ( not exactly quoted from the artical but is what it meant) How can this be legal. I may be wrong but if he does come and he states we were just working through some minor details will Parra have a leg to stand on legally for compensation for false claims

      Me to mate. Yeah parra board effed up big time but there are clear agendas with some journos. Matty Johns has his brother and son employed by Manly, that shows a clear agenda. Plus all the ones who are personal friends with old board members. It just seems corrupt the whole thing

    Of course they'll be able to sue. After all, Eels management live in a fantasy land where anything is possible, like million dollar get out clauses. The real question is who will they sue first? I think they'll sue Foran, as that guy's obviously got an agenda, with all his talk about the Eels possibly not showing him the same respect he showed them.
