Well would like us to pay lip service and bullshit to you. Would that be more of a positive answer. You see Seth that’s how we got into this position...... by bullshitting to ourselves at the highest levels at the Eels.
Fair enough and no I do not have the answer you’re looking for because I’m too far removed from the inner workings from the front office at the Eels. However I could offer this general comment. Pay the money for the best available coach (when they're available). They should create the gravity for better players to come to our club. The rest will work itself out on its own.
Have a look at Liverpool FC. Almost considered rabble some 3 or 4 years ago. The club decide they won’t accept mediocrity and so they chase the best available coach at the time......Enter Jurgen Klopp. The rest will be history. They will be champion league winners on Sunday morning our time 2-0.
And I ask what have we done in the last 6 years whilst Arthur has lined his pocket as our coach. NIL. So why would we as fans expect anything else.
Doesn’t matter how good the juniors are because we have a bum of a coach happy to drop them at the drop of a hat while his favourite Plodders are picked ahead of them.
The only player in the starting 13 this week that has come through ba's system is Mahoney. That's one player who's good enough to start in 6 years of development. This proves that Arthur doesn't have the capability to recognize players or develop players.
6 years and one NRL starter - it's absolutely embarrassing for Arthur. Its a disgrace from one of the best junior resource dclubs in rugby league. Its a total fkn embarrassment
BA needs ready made players from other clubs because he's done absolutely fk all with the Eels jnrs.
"You know what grinds me the most HoE and I apologise for my response but this FO just frustrate me they really do because I understand what we are up against and when they say trust in JR I actually do I think he's been great for Parra great.

"The mistake they made was hiring Meninga as opposed to hiring someone like BA or Holbrook. Here me out, Perth needed a coach that could handle the media and pressure of a new franchise. Be able to find diamonds in the rough and producing a somewhat…"

You’re holding a pair of “no’s” Seth. No great juniors available and no this boofhead coach couldn’t coach a clock to go around in circles.
lol
Good positive stuff boys. I suppose we just give up and drop out of the comp.

None of us want bullshit or lip service, what we want is the key to get us out of this nightmare. Do you have it mate because I'm stumped

I agree Frankie that BA has not been up to it. We have him for two more years how do we make it positive. Seriously!
