Will Hayne be at the signing at Rouse Hill tomorrow?

If Jarryd Hayne wont be at the Relay today, does that mean he wont be at the signing tomorrow? I think he wont be but I'm wondering who will replace him. Does anyone know who? It might be Daniel Mortimer and/or Tim Mannah because they replaced him today.
