Hayne to five eighth and French to fullback would be my choice. You're right I reckon you can get away with a smallish fullback but you need decent size wingers. French is just biding his time at the moment I think until Gordon goes.
Norman has stepped up this year. He was very good yesterday as well. I didn't think we would see French play any first grade this year so I'm happy to see him wherever they play him. Lets not rush him or put any undue pressure on him. He's just a kid.
french seems like he would fair better in the halves especially if we get hayne and dont resign norman
