Not sure if this is just a ridiculous article for views, or if this is genuinely somethings to be worried about.
Parramatta five-eighth Corey Norman has come under fire for using his mobile phone mid-game, whilst sitting injured in the Eels change room during the second half of his side’s season opener with Brisbane.
Norman suffered a nasty head-knock late in the first half of the match at Pirtek Stadium, after his arms were pinned and head dumped into the turf.
The star number six didn’t re-emerge from the rooms after the break, with television cameras capturing him scrolling through his phone in the sheds early in the second half.
Fremantle Dockers forward Hayden Ballantyne was thrust into the spotlight recently, after he was also spotted on his phone mid-match after suffering an injury in a NAB Challenge fixture.
Ballantyne was investigated by the AFL for the incident, with fears that match-fixing could be at play with players on their phones mid-match.
Twitter picked up on the incident pretty quickly as well, and it’s fair to say some eyebrows were raised.
You can expect to hear more of this one throughout the week…

apparently a bloke in the AFL got seriously investigated for it..
does seem like a bullshit story though
He's probably on grinder.
Yeah he'll cop 12 weeks since he plays for Parra but Wayne Pearce's son, Dumbass, only got eight weeks...oh and Paulo will cop 9 weeks for being an eels player
No doubt theres nothing in it but the fact remains players cant be on the phone during a game, even to call their mum, if thats needed get the team doctor to do it to let her know corey is ok.
