Why we are loosing? How to solve it?

I believe we were exposed against the titans. They played an expansive style of football that exposed the eels and now other teams are mimicking that performance. What i believe exposed the eels ill outline below.1. Its no secret that we like to rush in our opponents face and force an error.The titans exposed this style of play by spreading the ball nice and early at the start of the set. By playing deep they had room and time to spread the ball and our rushing defence had to adjust and moove laterally. The warriors did this in the first half today to tire our forwards out, norman could probably sense our forwards being tired hence why the continous pour 5th tackle kicks into touch2.our backs have been found out compressing to infield with our forwards opponents are making easy meters gettin on the outside of our backs.3.that night the titans exposed takairangi in the centers they scored and made breaks down hoffman and takairangi side numerous times. This was evident once again today when foran set up mannering from a takairangi miss read.4. Kaysa pritchard trys his heart out every week but at the moment he is to small to play hooker for the full 80. His first up contact needs to be better, playing at hooker opponents are running over the top of him anf getting quick play the balls.we excelled better when degouis and peats were in that position because defensively they were verry strong. Pritchard is more suited comin of the bench when there forwards are tired and we need some speed in the ruck.Solution.1.more sliding in defence and less rushing up. I personally like brisbanes defensive style where they sit back and let the opponents run at them only tacking a couple steps forward and everyone sliding as a team with the fullback being an extra number in the defensive line close to our try line. Theres no doubt wayne bennet has been successful with this defense style for a long time.2.pretty simple but we have good defensive backs stop compressing infield and let the forwards do there job. Stay on ur man and communicate between each other.3. Give takairangi some time in wenty to fix his defense. No doubt his a quality player but atm his making to much errors in both attack and defense. Finding a replacement is difficult keeping in mind we are millions under the cap this year. But hopefully someone is good enough to step up.4. Put kaysa pritchard on the bench and bring in either nelson or king to share the load. We arent using one of our bench players anyway, why not give him a hand in the ruck?End of the day i believe we are low on cattle. We lost peats, degious, foran and paulo all quality players.

Sacking our conditioning coach Ron Palmer would be a very good start, the results of his efforts are there for all to see, we are miles off the pace in that dept.

Brad needs to take a good hard look at the people around him, his assistant coaches, its clear he needs better men around him.

  I asked Murph that question, why did we bring on Ronnie, it could be said that he is past his prime? he said good question, whatever Ronnie doesn't know about sports science isn't worth knowing.
  At the time I thought that sport science has come a long way in a few years but I was happy with his answer.
  6 rounds in and I'm not convinced we have a f$&@in clue about sports science or winning football games for that matter.

I think we need to look at his assistants MURPHY & GENTLE as well as BURT and CAYLESS. These days with everything available no excuse not to get the right sort of people in your set up. Plenty of handy assistant coaches out there .
