Why haven't the Eels put in a big effort over the past 4 rounds?

Sorry if this has already been discussed in many blogs that have been posted. Last year the team would of crawled over broken glass for a victory, but in 2017 we have seen a lazy half assed effort. What has happened in their minds over the past 6 months?

Personally I think they are trying. Sadly I just don't think they are good players. Sucks to admit it, but truth is this a below average team. All we can hope for is that they don't give up. So far they have tried and that's all we can ask.

  Really? They would of made the finals last year if they didn't get stripped of 12 competition points. And Brad Fittler believes Norman will deliver a premiership.

  Meh, just my thoughts. Who knows maybe I'm wrong. After all I'm just a fan not a former player or coach. Technically my opinion means zero.

I'm not saying Freddy is right. I was surprised when he said this. But there are people that have big wraps on Norman. I simple wrote this comment off cause it's Parra. When do we ever win premierships.
