Why do our players defend BA so?

In recent memory any coach that has been sacked either at the end of the season or mid season was due to "losing the dressing room" more than failure on the field.

So why do the players defend BA so much yet dont perform?

Is this the reason why BA seems like teflon at the moment?

Generally when players "love" their coach they perform.  Something doesnt add up...

  • Webby it's a bit hard to say you don't like him when your sitting next to him in a Press Conference.

Hard to believe we played Penrith (competition leaders) off the park for the first 20mins of the season but since it has been all downhill.

I'd dare say something happened on that day that lost the dressing room.

  • They defend him because he holds no one accountable. He doesn't axe players so of course they will defend him.The thing that shits me is dave gower puts in every week and has to fight for his spot.Yet other certain players don't have to.Arthur become one of the boys. They are simply not playing for him and it sticks out like dogs balls.
  • Who plays next week?

I think Moses, and will smith won't play
    Moeroa will get suspended..
    French should be ok but
    I'd rest him

    1: J Hoffman
    2: J Hayne
    3: M Jennings
    4: C Gutherson
    5: G Jennings
    6: J Salmon
    7 D Brown
    8: D Alvaro
    9: R Mahoney
    10: N Brown
    11: M Mau
    12: M Nuikore
    13: R Stone

    14: S Vave
    15: B Takairangi
    16: S Matagi
    17: K Pritchard
    18th D Aukafolau

Start looking to the future need to blood some more youth IMO
    • I think Norman might be available this week, he will be 7.

      Takarangi will play 6.

I think M Jennings should be dropped for them to give Aukafolau some experience, he makes some strong runs.

    • Can't play brown hes not contracted. Are people awate of how the 30man squad system works?

Hayne and norman will be the halves gutho fullback
      Salmon will be 14
  • Well they aren't going to criticize him and risk there spots

"Hypothetical question. Say Lomax doesn't go to R360 would we have him back or is he gone forever despite his release saying can't go to league for 4 years "
