Some points are valid but the main reason is the bottom 8 teams all improved their rosters and we didn't, we actually went backwards, with the loss of Semi. I've come to realise BA has NFI. He has given us a pack of small forwards with no offloads, and actually praised them in the off-season. What they are dishing up now is what we deserve and its all on BA. Added onto that is our poor defence and absolutely diabolical attack, the most boring of any team. Has Hasler become our attacking coach?
Number #1 - BA and the coaching staff recruited mostly short term ( 27 to 31 year olds ) purchases rather than building a foundation that we should be relying on right now. That's why Parramatta are in need of a rebuild.
#2.. Lack of foresight concerning recruitment leading to an inferior forward pack.
#3. Lack of foresight with development - meaning minimal pushing for nrl selection.
Not only repeating myself on jnrs here, the best clubs recruite Australia wide. (Qld, country ect.)
its going around on foxsports , brad arthur, does not want a football manager, he wants to be hands on, not wise, brad under the pump and needs help, ronny palmer,was there, luke burt was there, so was kenny gentles, the club max and bernie, wanted cuts.
hayne at $500,000 seemed cheap, but hes played half of 1 game, hayne no doubt added to brad troubles, very one can see
hayne, norman and moses are not getting on, its a bad mix, the flow on with others are flowing on, jennings has a get out of hes contract hes way,how silly is that, hes a free agent if he wants out of the club .
so hes looking around , but he comes at a price not suited to he form right now.
he may need luck, as the morris blues brothers are off contract this year, and the dogs dont want them, no other club are interested at$800,000 a season , so they may be off to super league.
then cory norman, every one knows hes a party boy, on big bucks, hes playing poor and effecting moses form i think.

1) Lack of go forward

3) Inability to adjust style to suit 2018 rules.
The biggest problem is there has been cuts across the NRL side of the business and at the moment the bottom line is more important then premiership's and it shows. The players are sick off asking for things that were once provided and are now a luxury..and Chief your comment is spot on with no looking towards the future its a win now mentality.
