I'm not sure about the other teams in the NRL but why has the Panthers having 6 of the first 9 Rounds of their games at Home? On top of that they seem to get a fair amount of 6 against like they're the only team doing things correct. Just a little bit suspicious for my liking.

Not only that but pretty sure their first 8 games are against bottom of the table teams whereas we have played 2 top 4 teams already.
This sort of crap really pisses me off. I mean the games are hard enough for certain teams but surely the premiers should get their fair amount of hard games.
Not part of the NRL narrative Monto.
They do, they have to play the Roosters, Storm & Eels consecutively, then they'll lose a bunch of players at Origin time.
Pray tell who are the hard games? No such thing as an easy game when kick off starts. Don't develop victim mentality.
How do you know who will be top or bottom you can only guess? Didnt Roosters come last once then win comp the next year or was it Raiders? 2 or 3 teams of usual suspects of course will be at top for the time being. I thought Panthers would be doing it harder with regrouping at this stage in comp and I'm a fan there too. I would have been happy with 4-6th spot for Panthers at this stage before season started. I'm sure there not looking at ladder but just putting in each week and doing the best they can achieve. Panthers still mostly a young side whereas Storm have a few more mature heads and experience. Lots of game changers in there side and Harry Grant's return compliments them so much.
Monts. Penrith is playing at super speed and Broncs are trying to slow them down. You have to give credit to them they are playing exceptionally well against Broncs who are having one of their best games this year
Broncos were in the game for awhile especially in the first half and it would have been 10-6 maybe 12- 6 to the Broncos except for the Bunker saying Staggs 2nd try was a knock on ( very questionable). Then Panthers get repeat sets a lot and they score and momentum is gone. Thought the Broncos were in with a slight chance but Homeground always means more ref calls for the home team. I don't think Penrith are seriously that good! They've had a fair amount of favour go their way and they haven't really played any top sides as yet.
There was nothing questionable about the call, Staggs clearly lost it. After that the Panthers lifted their intensity and ran harder & straighter than the Broncos.
And yes, the Panthers really are that good.
As you say Brett that knock on was unquestionable, why is it we have to have the poor me conspiritists crying foul all the time. Monto your whole credibility of your argument goes out the window with your comment on Staggs non try!
Either watch the game objectively or don't comment to you know what you are talking about.
Yes you entitled to an opinion but given your record you should qualify your statements with either L plates or partially sighted or just say you don't understand the game, but this is what I saw! Please explain?
Finally i agree with Brett, Panthers are that good, but I think their defence is inferior to the last two years, not by much mind you, but they can be scored against whereas a few times last year they looked inpregnable.
WE can match them on a given day and the competion proper games will be cat and mouse as either side will not show all their cards, it seems that quick play the balls in the mid field rucks, create the 6 again momentum that keeps driving them into the red zone....... I saw enough also of Broncs last night to say they are going to cause a few upsets.
These floating bombs are proving to be a lottery, I suppose they add glamour to a contest, but I am not sure they are good for the game. Can the balls be under or over inflated to cause the behaviour, notwithstanding the skill of the kicker.
