  It will take a few (3 -4 ) games for the combinations to start working but I'm very confident we will have the best season in a few years. The media will do their normal shit, top 4 is my thoughts...

  Strangely no, I reckon we have got the experienced blokes in there now to guide the young blokes with no fear through the business end of games ,the players would have to be feeling confident about this year as well, we'll go good.

  Very excited about the season ahead. Haven't been so optimistic about the team since the 80s, and it's could the best overall squad we've had maybe ever - certainly better than 2009.
  Can't believe some betting agencies still gave us as $2 to make the 8. Easy cash.
  
  The only time the chief ever lost the coolness was when Sandope continually fucked the team & his supporters like poppa fought to save him.

  Yes, we have a tough start to the season. And if we do lose a few games early the media will go after the coach, the high profile signings and the front and back offices

  Good blog.

  I am not nervous at all. I think we have recruited the best of any team in the comp in recent history. Imagine being a Warriors fan, they played their full strength side with RTS, Luke and Johnson etc against the Dragons on the weekend and got FLOGGED!

  I'm totally aware that we may lose some early as we get things sorted but I think overall we have a really great side.

  Aside from the usual jitters i get before ever season and even every game i'm really looking forward to this year. the new rules to speed up the game are the big concern for me.

  So however unlikely it may be i hope Brad Arthur goes with the younger legs of King or Pritchard instead of DeGois. The aging roster is the big concern this year. After their performances i think Moeroa or Edwards should go starting lock and have Watmough come off the bench. Similar to what Bennett did with Thaiday last year make choc earn his first grade spot.

  Our backline is by far the best we'd had in years, we even have decent backups fighting for a spot should the opportunity arise. Whether or not the forward pack can keep up a consistent effort during the full 80 is yet to be seen but aside from Scott and Choc our forwards are all still babies and should have more energy to keep the intensity for longer in games.

  Im Nervous glen only because we still mite be -4 or have to let some more player go because of hoppa case

    We won't be starting on minus four points and the Hopoate case will not see us lose any players.
