I tend to agree Grunta. I'd rather have the regular NRL matches this weekend than State of Origin and Pacific Island test matches. I did enjoy watching some of the Eels playing for the Kiwis

It won't matter who wins PT47. The Queensland home game will be a sell out regardless of if it's a series decider or a chance at a whitewash. If the NRL cared about series deciders, they wouldn't have orchestrated a win for Qld in game 1.
The NRL needs QLD to win as the concept will die up here if they lose more than 3 series in a row where as NSW supporters will keep turning up no matter what.
As for tonight's result, the Ashley Klein led lametoads to win convincingly.

To be honest , I'd love to see QLD put 50 on us . I can't stand the wankerish NSW coaching staff and just love the controversy. There's always been an arrogance around the NSW team even when they were getting flogged year after year. Fitler tonight he was going to get a Gould type era and look like a superstar coach lol. Look i will watch it, because what else is there to watch on a weekend with no NRL. Phucking SOO interrupts the season and is not a patch on what it used to be.
If NSW play Panthers style, they win, however Fittler is an idiot so they won't and QLD for the win.
I agree Origin isn't what it was. Some of the games we played against top 4 sides this year were better games of footy than game 1
