It still does not feel like reality, the core of our team has been ripped out from under us, the guy who used to win games for us single handedly, the guy everybody looked to for that play or the winning try. But he is gone and it's time to face reality.
This is the time for Parramatta to show that we are not a 1 man team and that we can move forward from this, imo 2015 will really tell the character of our senior players and our team as a whole if we cannot make our mark this year I will be very dissapointed and it may be a tough few years ahead, its time for players to take it to a new level and stamp their mark on this team and in Parramatta's history, to become a leader, to be that light to show the other players the way, to say "It doesn't matter if we don't have Jarryd, we are Parramatta and we will bleed for this Jersey"
2015 is a chance for someone to take their career to new heights, to become a hero umoungst fellow team mates, the inspiration to push through the pain and make those extra tackles, to take the extra hit ups.
So my question is, who do you think will be Parramatta's new hero or heroes?
For me I dont want just one player to stand up, I would like us to have a few so we are not relying on one player anymore.
In 2015 I hope to see Tim Mannah take it to new heights and be so good he is in for NSW selection, I also believe Peats, gower and Hoppa will be the ones to stand up.

Nathan Peats and Manu M'au, and Tepai Meora
tepai has the makings of a super star
Hopefully no one... would rather be known as a gun TEAM, reliant on no one in particular.
Great saying around the soccer world cup - Brazil has Neymar, Argentina has Messi, Portugal has Ronaldo... Germany has a team.
We need a true core, 3 or 4 players to take control, form good combinations and lead this team around.
