I'd imagine it will be smith. He's already in the team and probably deserves a chance. I also think this is probably the least disruptive and considering it's only for one round it makes sense. If it was Moses out I'd go Rankin. There's just something about a Smith/Brown combo that screams "no organisational skills or game management"
It'll be Smith. It should be Rankin given his form in Reserves and the fact that he is a specialist in this position.
But BA will stick with regular first graders wherever possible.
I think he will keep Smith on the bench and play Cartwright at 5/8.
Personally I would go with Rankin.

BA seems to think Cartwright is some sort of footballer despite all the evidence to the contrary I suspect he may name him at 5/8
Rankin is the obvious choice. We have a reserve grade for a reason - and he's been plying his trade and showing he has what is needed there.
Smith has a role in the team off the bench and that's what he's best suited for (when he's actually used).
I don't like this attitude of shuffling the decks when a player is out - don't shuffle a formula that, for the most part, is working. If DBrown is out, put Rankin in. Simple.
