Which player will be dropped when Sivo obviously comes back into the side. Obviously it will be Sivo on one wing but who goes onto the other? Simmonsen has been improving almost every game. So I'm thinking Sivo & Simmonsen the 2 'S's. Which means who goes into the centres? Opacic and Blake? Opacic & Penisini? Or Blake & Penisini? Blake seems better on the wing and Russell was great before getting injured..I reckon Brad Arthur will go with Sivo & Simmonsen and Opacic & Blake. I however would go with Penisini & Blake in centres. What does everyone else think?

Agreed. He should be on the wing and that's it . He is clearly not a centre anymore. Loving his effort and passion but his passing isn't good enough as are his reads on D to be a centre.
BA is on the record when he said that he thinks Blake is a centre. If that's the case then Opacic might have to make way to accomodate Sivo on the wing.
That would be a disaster. I recall Sivo going on a major drought coz WAQA could never get him the ball.

It's a good question, PT. Just my opinion, others will disagree.
Simmo - Other than a few bad lapses against Manly has formed a good combo with Penisini. His speed is handy and he showed yesterday how good he can be.
Penisini - No way he is even in the conversation of being dropped for Sivo, or anyone.
Waqa - Others will disagree, but end of last year his defence at centre on the left was fine & he was easily one of our best week to week. He's great on the wing & if we can finally recruit a centre in the off-season as we've been trying, he probably reverts back there where he can be elite.
Opi - Probably has to go, but he's been very solid - especially defensively. I know a lot weren't happy with him yesterday but he made about 2-3 try saving reads / tackles while out numbered. He's a very solid player.
Sivo - Probably comes in for Opi and Blake to centre. But Sivo will need to be on his toes, no more jogging on breaks and taking 3 mins to play the ball. Defensively also needs to be on and I think Jennings made Sivo look a lot better defensively when there. We need him there no doubt he's a massive asset, but he's no longer an automatic selection for mine if he doesn't do the little things at 100%. Definitely looking forward to seeing him back though.
Gee, I like the look of Blake and Penisini in the centres with Sivo(left) and Simmo(right) on the wings. With our halves the backline looks very good and we maybe able to put some good scores on the opposition rather than winning the hard way all the time...... yes I like Blake as a winger as well but the evening out is the attacking restriction with having back up Tommy there! Blake's defence in the centres was fine last year when he regained form. It's his lack of passing ability that gives me that hint of doubt. Sivo needs to tread warily!
100% agree with everything you said, Pops. Looking like a pretty fromidable backline that way. Dylans form, speed & step are making defenders watch him so closely too, its going to open up a lot of opportunities for the full strength outside backs.
One thing that cant be disputed is its a pretty damn good problem to have compared to 5/6 rounds ago.
