  I'd have to rate Sabbath over Zeppelin .Live,Page is clumsier than a kid playing in a music store.Zep released a whole lot of crap like Coda and In Through the Out Door,whereas all Sabbath albums are awesome with few dud songs.Having said that,I love them both and choosing one over the other is like having to choose between Elle MacPherson in the TAB ad and Jennifer Hawkins losing her skirt in the Miss Universe pageant .

  Every time I think of Black Sabbath I get reminded of that mindless twit Ozzy Osbourne. I don't know that you could say either was a pioneer as music is constantly evolving. There were the makings of this type of music in the 60s before these two bands came along.
