Who is our X mentor

I see clubs have A Johns , MJohns ,Brandy that oversee teams plays + kick plays ,guide and question their decisions they made , who do we have ? , as from what I can see the teams that do this do excel , the coach coach’s , this outside knowledge I believe is a X factor that does help with players plays and decisions, time bring someone in to assist that has played 1st grade over a period , you don’t have to play 1st grade to coach , but we need this now

      Okay bud , storm have had Johns for a while + the best coach in Nrl over last 10yrs + Kearney +what’s his name Oz front rower ? , cowboys both Cartwright + furner , ( Green ol dally M winner) , + J fn T , not sure of sharks , Kimmorly , all of above all GF winners. Fact!

      Actually Monto Gibson, as great a coach as he was, he did use a coaching coordinator. That was Ron Massey who helped with the coaching and tactics. He was also the first coach to introduce conditioners and rehab specialists.

      But on the subject of our esteemed coach BA he does have a skills coach. His name is Joey Grima. How effective is he well you can gauge that at the end of the BA tenure I guess

    Who is Melbourne's, Cowboys, Sharks mentor? I either don't know who they are, or they have none, and if it is the latter, then we don't need a mentor.
