Early days yet since Manu Mau will be back Wk6 and the Brown's a little longer.
Who knows by then, we might have more injuries (touch wood).
What was positive this week was Taka and Alvaro stepped up after being blasted for their performances vs the chooks last week. Neither put a foot wrong.
I rekon Brown will walk straight back into the middle meaning Tep goes to the bench.
I can't see Mau coming straight back in - the back rowers are undroppable at the moment - I think he'd be looking at the bench as well (jeez - strong bench) ....
Of course, injuries may well play their part . . . . . . . .
NO ONE for the first couple of weeks, these guys need to get match fit in Wenty.
Brown could be out for another 6 - 8 weeks yet and Mau for a minimum 2 weeks.
Mau will need several weeks in Wenty to build confidence more so than Brown.
Kaufusi will be first to be dropped as the junior player - not sure who you would drop for Mau though, he's got a tough fight on his hands to force his way back into FG.
Off topic & it's just a question. What happened to Fong's post?
Great position to be in having quality forwards yet to come back. That's the thing, everyone mentioning for depleted the Sharks were, with some in this group saying we beat a reserve side. Well we showed up with what we had and won, that's what counts! Don't give a flying ....... Because this has happened to us many times over.
If a decision was to be made today and on current form you couldn't flick Alvaro, Terepo, Mannah, Evan's or Taka. Salmon is a lock for utility so it would possibly and unluckily be Moeroa.
How good is Evans going at the moment and how awesome was that run by Mannah on the weekend that earned us 15 to 20 meters?
Lifes good when Liverpool and the mighty Eels are winning!!
This year a lot of people here have pie in the face but apart from one or two, they still have nothing positive to say. Evans copped so much, BA copped it for signing him, it was relentless to the point it got under supporters skin. Yet here he is, playing some good football... And all quiet, nothing positive to add so they sit in the shadows waiting for that first hiding, or a few losses in a row. I really don't get it, when do they enjoy supporting the team?
"Zac Lomax has effectively got out of his very under market value 4 year contract he signed. If he was to come back to the NRL he'd be on a lot more coin than if he'd stayed in his original contract with us. Win for Lomax whatever he does"

No fools like an Old Fool! .....Sorry that's not right, they are called Tools.....you qualify Chiefy!"

I blame BA, how can he let this happen? Why has he got so many players playing well and not enough spots?
Agree. Sack Him :)

They don’t give a toss if it’s factual or bullshit - it shined a poor light on the club and the game generally.
A few people may have felt that the site risked being open to litigation due to the naming of a few heavy hitters.
I enjoyed it tbh - should be more of it.
