Who do you keep and get rid of

On the parra site our team has 32 players. Below are the names and what I think should be kept or released. What are your thoughts.

1 French released

2 Gutherson keep

3 Norman keep

4Aukaflou keep

5 Gennings keep

6 Mennings Find a buyer released

7 Leleisiuao 1 year extention and see how he goes

8 Salmon keep

9 Hayne 1 year extention

10 Hoffman release

11 Auva'a retired

12 Moses shift on release

13 Davis release

14 Smith keep

15 Scott retired

16 Takairangi keep

17 King release

18 Alvaro keep

19 Gower keep

20 Evans give 1 more year

21 Pritchard Release

22 Ma'u keep

23 Niukore keep

24 Williams 1 year extention

25 Brown keep

26 Kaufusi keep

27 Terepo keep

28 Stone keep

29 Mahoney keep

30 Vave realease

31 Moeroa keep

32 Mannah keep

Keep 22 and release/retire 10

The 1's I have chosen to keep are good to build the team around or good back ups.

French is talented. I’d keep him. Just unsure on what position.

  Yes he has talent, but talent alone will not make it in the NRL. My problem with French is that he still has not learnt when to find the ground or take them on and that is the big issue why he gets rag dolled over the touch line or in goal and that sill skip and dummy that fools no one.

        He would be very similar to Cody walker just a little quicker.

      give him a go at 5/8. A 5/8 has to be quick off the mark so he is quick enough to be in that role. Saying that , our current 1/2 back ,5/8 and hooker are too slow off the mark making them easy targets and unable to perform when the forwards are losing the battle. If I as the coach ,for sure, I want speed in those 3 positions.
      
      If the coach cant fix that next season I think he will be replaced midway through the season

    French just needs a coach mate - he currently does not have a coach and left to develop his own game.

Taka is useless get rid of him, and I would honestly rather Moses over Norman (who simply doesnt want to get invovled).
