  • We Let Go of :

    French

    Hoffman

    Gower ( give a junior a crack)

Mannah (Give a junior a crack)

M Jennings ( Salmon or Parry to replace )

G Jennings ( Lelesiaou or New Sighning )

W Smith    ( To injury Prone  Not Nrl standard )

    We Sign:

    1  x Good Centre

    1  x Good Frontrower

    1  x  Quality No 9 Back up

1 x  Nrl standard Mr fix it,  ( Utility )

Give the other 3 top 30 spots to more Juniors.

Let go of 7 players Sighn 4 Promote 3.

    • Dont worry E E i cant wait to see the back of Will Smith he is shit but if we let him go we still have to pay him

I put Hoffman and smith in my top 10 worse signings i do

    • Add Kaysa Prichard that would be 8 players gone, with the cap space we have we will be able to purchace some quality players, Our Juniors are going great i think we go with this and promote another 3 next year and sighn 5 new players.

      • or split Promote 4 Juniors into the top 30

        and sighn 4 players.

We should have an Nrl team soon with a high percentage of home grown talent

    • Gower is to retire, that's already been put out there. Gennings is a perhaps, Ma'u should be a keep,as with Terepo, Alvaro same,  I doubt if Tim will want to play on, but a season would be ok. Tepi.  GL had a good game for Wenty last Saturday, if he continues that way he should be given another year, Davey didn't do too bad either  Marata, Stone and Stefano should be keeps.  Much will depend on performances over the next 8 rounds, by those in the NRL and the Wenty squad that are not on Wenty contracts

We will have a fair idea in regards to who stays by round 10 and where we are on the ladder. If BA stays then, Gutho, Brown and Moses are likely to stay, much will depend with Moses though on who may come up from the lower grade comps.

  • Mannah is doing great off the bench

Alvaro needs to be good value to stay

Gower is great value smart player - only goes when he is too old

    Big question is

    1. Who is our hooker going to be in 3 years?

    2. Who will partner Brown in the halves?

    3. Where is Salmon’s position- 14 or centre?

    4. Who are our second rowers? Lane, Nuikore. Ma’u, Tepai and Fainga coming through.

    5. Who is our lock? Brown or Tepai?

For me Salmon probably replaces Mennings

    Parry replaces Takarangi

Scheider replaces Salmon as 14 to see how he goes in first grade

Lane locks down one starting second row spot and Nuikore Or Tepai the other with Ma,u off the bench.

If Brown is Lock then Tepai on the bench.

Could Also replace Alvaro with Tepai as starting Prop

      • Tim does not need to be captain although its likely just in name only.  Tim may decide to retire but again another player who may wait to see what happens with the coaching situation, he could be a steadying person during this transition.period. Alvaro likely in similar boat, or set of ski's.  Tepi I believe is better on the edge but with Lane and Niukoria going as well as they are, hard to dislodge and they are going for 80 especially Lane, who could stay for 80 every match, would need to adjust with another partner if he stays on,

While we have some good young forwards coming up, there could be a couple of hard heads released by their clubs, depending on costs and how long one of them may be a replacement for Tim if he chooses to retire.  Terepo to me is a keep if his life gets sorted out.

    • I personally believe if we let Moses go than brown and salmon will be our halves. I think they would be very strong together and know one another's games already.
