As Snake and others have alluded to, the religious persuasions of our players brings a softness to our team, but is it true?. I thought it worthy of a blog. This is not an anti or pro Snake blog.
Now this is not intended as a religious blog either, but more to clarify whether the suggestion has merit or not.
I have picked a fairly standard team and I have put what I think is true, however Im happy if someone points out Ive got some wrong.
Id like the discussion to be an honest appraisal of the question at hand.
Question: Is Parra full of Religious players and therefore is resulting in a team with a soft underbelly?

If Im right (yes' & no's), then Im surprised that the majority seem to have no religious inclination and therefore, unlike previous years we seem to have moved away from the Hillsong influence.
What do you think?

Nathan Peats is religious, has a "Only God can Judge Me" tattoo on his hand. Also I think Taka, and Tep would also hold their faith in high regard, not too sure on those two though.
Surprises me with Peats. But that Tattoo doesnt really mean hes religious. Just means he wont be judged by anyone on earth. Can anyone confirm?
Yeah, the other two are of Island heritage so I wasnt sure. But I havent seen any sign of it from them.
I had to check Taka's twitter to see if he was religious. He has stuff about praying and whatnot but as I said I'm not too sure.
I guess with Peats he could believe in God but mightn't subscribe to a religion. I reckon to have that sort of tattoo would mean he would be religious anyway.
But I thought seeing as the comment was made and agreed with by some, that I'd actually analyse and see if it was relevant.
I also think that having players of islander persuasion almost always means they had had a religious upbringing.
loll
Also I'm not going to tell him he's soft. Lol
I'm about as unreligious as it gets but I have to agree with you there fong.
