At this point, for me, the "Eels Ethos", or what it means to to be an Eel, feels something like...Oversell, Underdeliver, Make Excuses,....Profit!!!
Who from our truly epic list of prior underwhelming performers, the Meatsacks on six figures, would make into our most "iconic" team of nrl era.
We have kinda sucked for a long time now....we should honor those who helped make our bountifull spoon collection a reality.

I m out of time atm but I nominate Kearney for coach and Corey Norman for 5/8....(oops forgot Foran).....spoiled for choice in all positions.
I could name several Parramatta juniors who came into the top roster with huge expectations but failed to deliver. For me, one player that would make the underachieving team of the entire NRL is Jacob Loko. His junior football highlights package is as good as anyone's.
I was really hopeful that Loko would be a beast but never stepped up to first grade level.
Fu#4 me, can I suggest - scrapping the barrel for Eels topics. Merry Xmas Crinch. Sometimes I find the fans harder to take then the players that tried.
